You may experience delays accessing the Spalding Household Waste Recycling Centre due to roadworks on the B1180 from 15 July 2024 for eight weeks. Diversions will be in place to enable access to the recycling centre. Other recycling centres in Boston, Bourne and Sleaford remain unaffected.
The opening hours for each site are shown below. However please arrive at your chosen site before 3.50pm. The gates may be closed 10 minutes before the site's closing time to ensure waste is deposited and vehicles have exited by the closing time.

You must have a permit to bring:
- vans
- 4x4s that are classed as light goods vehicles
- large trailers up to 3.6 metres long, 1.8 metres wide and 0.5 metres high (12 feet x 6 feet x 1.5 feet - no greedy boards or caged sides)
All permits registered when the booking system was in place are still valid. However please apply for a new permit if you receive an email asking you to renew after a years use (the permit is still free).
