Our online ceremony choices form allows you to customise your ceremony.
We recommend you submit your choices four to six weeks prior to your ceremony date.
The online ceremony planner is available for the following ceremonies
You can use the planner to submit additional information or changes such as:
- readings
- custom words
- music choices
If you have questions about completing your ceremony plan please contact the ceremonies team using the details from your booking confirmation email.
Should you need to submit additional information for your ceremony at a later date, you can do this using our ceremony planner link. Please select the ‘Submit additional information’ option.
Once you have submitted your plan, we will check the information you provide in ceremony date order. Do not worry if you have not received confirmation from us during the busy summer months. If we have any questions about the details you have provided we will contact you.
What you will need to complete the plan
- please attach copies of your readings when completing the ceremony plan
- you will need to include a list of any music you intend to have played during the ceremony
- If your ceremony is due to take place at a Registration Office, please send or hand in the CD with your music before the day of the Ceremony. We also have Bluetooth speakers as an option should you wish to use music streaming, however, you will need to ask someone to stream your music for you
