Application guidelines
What makes a winner?
This award celebrates the apprentices’ achievements and contributions to their workplace.
Judges are looking for entrants that make a real difference to the organisation they work in, such as:
- commitment to personal development and progression through learning
- outstanding contributions to the business, such as areas or projects where the apprentice has exceeded expectations
- examples of achievements in learning and work
- inspirational qualities
Who should enter?
To make an application, you must be an apprentice who lives or works in Lincolnshire. You have been on the programme for at least 6 months on 8 March 2024, or completed your apprenticeship during 2023.
Completing the form
You or your trainer, or colleague can complete the form on your behalf online. You must provide consent if a third party is completing the form for you. You will receive an email containing the contents of the form submitted.
Guidance on completing your application
Please complete all sections of the application form. Incomplete entries will not be taken into account. Applications are online only.
Entries are now closed.
Please observe and adhere to the character limit where these apply. The online form will not accept submissions beyond this limit. The highest scoring entries will include supporting evidence to show the positive impact of the apprenticeship programme on the individual, business or local community.
