Service planning and values

Our culture guides the way we approach our work and ensures that, as individuals and as teams, we are all able to provide everything we can towards our purpose of “keeping the communities of Lincolnshire safe and well.”

Our values and behaviours are described through our ‘THRIVE’ model which links into the Lincolnshire County Council values and the NFCC Core Code of Ethics.

Forward planning and scrutiny

By law, we must publish:

  • a Community Risk Management Plan (CRMP) covering a three-year time span.
  • an annual statement of assurance

The CRMP identifies risks to the community that we can do something about and our plans to reduce them.
